Leveraging Sympla’s native streaming technology, delivered a series of live classes in close collaboration with the Customer Success team—combining education, product guidance, and direct interaction with users. The content balanced hands-on tutorials (how to use the platform, set up events, and optimize features) with strategic topics such as ticket sales, audience building, and achieving sold-out events.
More than training sessions, the workshops became a key touchpoint for engagement—creating a space for producers to learn, ask questions, and apply insights immediately, strengthening both product adoption and community connection.
