Crossfire 2.0 – Game & Website Launch

Led key initiatives in the global launch of Crossfire 2.0 as part of the publishing team at Smilegate West, supporting the release of a major game update that introduced new maps, weapons, skins, characters, and gameplay elements. The project involved coordinating testing cycles, validating multiple patch versions, and ensuring a smooth rollout of the new experience to players.
Led the localization efforts for Brazil, overseeing the adaptation of the game into Brazilian Portuguese—including script review and casting for character voiceovers—ensuring cultural relevance and consistency for the local audience. In parallel, managed the development of a new web experience designed to extend gameplay beyond the platform, allowing players to track stats, showcase inventories, and engage with the community.
The launch was supported by large-scale organic and paid campaigns, generating strong visibility across the gaming ecosystem in Brazil, with coverage from major media outlets and creators such as IGN, TechTudo, Jovem Nerd, and others—positioning Crossfire 2.0 as a key release in the market.
